I LOVE cult classic films. There is something so comforting about them- I can't help but turn them on whenever I see them pop up on my TV listings! If you're like me, then you will be thrilled to find out that the Crested Butte's Center for the Arts is offering locals and visitors the chance to say goodbye to winter with a series of cult classic film showings!
The Goonies (1985)
Four classics were chosen on the basis of popular demand and were then scheduled throughout the beginning of the spring. Each film will be shown on a Friday night at 7 PM. These screenings will be so much fun!! Along with the films, there will be costume contests, drink specials, and popcorn!

As a bonus, the profits from this event will benefit Save the Majestic Theater. Tickets must be reserved in advance, with each reservation allowing a pod of up to five guests to attend. There is not a set price for tickets, but a donation of at least $10 is required. Buy your tickets here.
